Our event managers spend their free time browsing the internet for amazing event planning ideas, and recently Pinterest has become an office favorite! Sharing ideas with each other and our followers has become an office treat and especially when we come across ideas that inspire us for events in the pipeline. When planning an event often the ambiance is the real treat. Setting the stage for the event and the mood that all the guests will experience really sets every event whether it be employee appreciation or sweet sixteen, and believe it or not we find inspiration in all kinds of places. A member of the team was planning a birthday party for her Mom and well since we’re all ridiculously amazing pals in the office we all decided to pitch in ideas for the theme and decorations. Eventually, the party was planned before the end of lunch around the conference table but quite often we hear from our clients that previous events they planned with other event companies simply lacked the appropriate atmosphere. Atmosphere is the backdrop for a successful event; often times the guests don’t even notice the tiny details that make a luau full of hula fun! And really that’s the point, isn’t it? One of the reasons we adore having our own private location and being tapped into so many locations across the Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties, of course one of the reasons is that we are aware of the scope of requirements for each location but another key element is that we know each locations limitations. When working with our private location, Vasa Park, located in Agoura Hills in the Santa Monica Mountains, the sky is the limit! Every event manager is able to utilize the grounds in a variety of ways and transform our breathtaking park into a wonderland (or, as demonstrated in the photo to the right - a Neverland!) beyond imagination. Here at Team Play Events, we have yet to experience a decoration disaster! And we are over the top proud of our event managers and their abilities to manage every single event detail down to the tiniest positioning of a flower or placement of haystack. Details are fundamental to the success of every single event and creating a specific ambiance can often appear to be a budget breaker, but with Team Play Events we can take any concept and facilitate those ideas with any budget!
