This lovely park resides beside a pond.  The pond is used for both sail and model boats. The grassy area near the pond is a gorgeous area with plenty of shade. The grassy area can hold up to 100 people for picnics with no more than 1 inflatable. The pricing for Model Yacht Pond is dependant on the number of guests you are planning on having at your event.  If you have 1-150 guests the reservation fee is $500, and it goes all the way up to $2000 for over 1000 guests.  Each picnic shelter is $36 an hour and there is a $40 a day fee to have inflatables at this park. There is no swimming allowed in this area.   A permit for up to 250 people and 2 inflateables can be issued for this site.  Food is allowed on site and alcohol is not permitted. No glass containers.
