	Located in the heart of a booming city, Griffith Park is one of the best picnic grounds in Los Angeles. With over 4,000 acres of lush greens and wonderful amenities, Griffith is the largest Park in Los Angeles. Oak, walnut, lilac, sages, toyon and many other plants all help make up beautiful greenlands throughout grounds. Much of the park is unchanged from the days when Native Americans occupied the lower slopes of the park making this picnic location a historic site.
