You must turn in all forms and permit applications 30-60 days in advance of event date.  There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee which can also be used to hold the date.  To havea private/catered event, there is a $200 fee.  All sand areas are $200 per 40'x40' area for the day.  There is an 18% fee to have an outside vendor come in to provide entertainment and catering for an event at this picnic location.
